Rooms have a nice river view, and the size is spacious. The breakfast selection could be better, though, and elevators were slow. Great spot for cycling nearby, too.

The location is excellent, close to attractions and a golf course. A nice balcony overlooking the river too. The room felt humid and the carpet could use a deep clean. Pillows were uncomfortable, and there was a weird light that wouldn't turn off at night.

The balcony provided a nice river view, but the noise from geese and ducks was disruptive at night. This hotel is perfectly situated at the end of the Pigeon Forge Strip, making it easy to access the stunning National Park and enjoy the local attractions, such as Dollywood, which is less than 2 km away, and the lively Big Top Arcade, just over 2 km from the hotel; you can even take a peaceful stroll by the Little Pigeon River or relax on the covered deck overlooking the creek while enjoying a diverse breakfast selection that includes several coffee options available all day. The rooms are spacious and provide a comfortable stay, but the cleanliness of the floors could use some attention.

Wandered around the interactive attraction with rare birds and relaxed amongst exotic plants. Spent a day at the water park with a Smoky Mountains theme. Enjoyed a drink on the balcony with a nice view.

The location was convenient, nestled between popular Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, with an easy drive to Dollywood. The spacious room boasted a large tub/shower combo with plenty of hot water and great lighting. The diverse breakfast selection and friendly housekeeping staff added to a pleasant stay.

Some maintenance issues were present, such as noisy bathroom ventilation and odd-shaped ceiling tiles. The room lacked certain amenities like towel bars and ample storage space.

Had a blast with friends hitting up the self, guided tour with 400+ artifacts and thrill rides at Ober Gatlinburg. Skating, skiing, shopping, all in one spot , lit! Super easy to bounce between quaint shops and live shows. Total vibe for us young party animals!

Wish for an on, site nightclub or cool hangout spot for us night owls to keep the party going after exploring the hotspots.

we stayed at country inn & suites by radisson and had a great experience. the staff was very helpful and courteous, especially during a medical emergency. the room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the offer of extra time at the hotel and help with our kids. the breakfast area was lovely with outdoor seating, and the hotel had a nice fire pit and sitting area. the well-lit parking lot and 24/7 hot coffee added to our experience.

Despite the mixed reviews, I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The view from my balcony was breathtaking and the staff provided excellent service. The room was well-maintained, with new carpet and all the necessary amenities. The hotel even allowed me to extend my stay at the same price. Additionally, they provided breakfast coupons for a nearby pancake house, which was delicious. it was the best experience I've had in Pigeon Forge!
